All Knives are full hand made custom. The finish used in this case is the so-called Pro Chef Satin. Handles are made out of Lighting Strike Carbon Fiber, the blue G10 adds contrast and character.
Santoku: 7” blade edge // Overall 12-1/2” long.
Cleaver: 7-1/2” blade edge // Overall 12-3/4” long
Paring: 3″-3/8” blade edge // overall 7-3/8” long
All Blades are made out of 1.75mm/0.069” German Stainless Steel AEB-L Set at 61HRC, this steel is custom order only for US Market. Cutting edge set on 0.015” // Handle screws made out brass.
